I love nature. I like being around natural things, and eating organic foods. I like trees and plants and herbs and chickens and turtles and deer… …. I like nature.
My friends just see me as a Mother Earth News reading, 60’s back to nature, treehugging, nature freak and it breaks my heart to see someone going about things the ‘against nature’ way.
My friend is trying hard to loose weight. She’s eating processed foods for breakfast, (low in calories but also low in nutrition), eating a ’shake’ for lunch, taking diet pills with ephedra and she’s loosing weight. But surely she must realize there’s a healthier way to do the same thing?
Whole grains, nuts, lean protein and vegetables and fruits will do it. It’s hard to eat ‘too’ many fruits!

It is good to follow MRP options. I try to help keep the options, yet I have found that working out like fast walking after a supper or often even workout routines that boost the body movement aids to bring down the glucose level.
We’ve ‘tried’ walking after dinner. Try to walk four big dogs down the road. OR, try to walk away from the house without all the critters following you – LOL – impossible. The cats even follow…
